THE MICROBIOMES CHALLENGES
The microbiomes (human, animal, environmental or industrial) are key to optimal health and provide numerous valuable services. However, those systems are highly complex and are mainly accessible through omics data. For example, there is a need for microbiome-based therapeutics (e.g. probiotics). However, analytical tools and guidance for the design and understanding of the complex molecular mechanisms leading to the effectiveness of probiotics are lacking.

We are specialized in microbiome-related 'omics' data analysis and mechanistic, mathematical modeling and simulation of the microbiomes to provide quantitative and predictive guidance to biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. We bring our mathematical expertise, deep understanding of microbiome-related therapeutics and disease areas, and industry experience to your specific project.
